What the students say about BODYFURN®

After three months of BODYFURN®  trials at Napier Boys' High School 30 randomly selected students (of the 160 who used them) were asked to describe in as few words as possible their impressions of the new chair. Here are their responses, unedited...

Comfortable
Awesome
Unslouchable
Bouncy
Unleanable
Cool (as in 'approved of') - other chairs are 'ordinary'
Futuristic
Hi-tech looking
Easy to put on desks
Easy to stack
Safe
Won't budge
Non-sweaty on hot days (very much appreciated by the teacher!)

Their teacher, who used the room daily with classes of all ages, said the responses were a good reflection of the overall feelings expressed by the boys throughout the trial period.

She also commented that she doesn't get electric shocks the way she does with other chairs, and that even the biggest '1st XV Rugby locks' love them.

Other students who used the furniture for NCEA exams reported that they remained comfortable throughout the long seating period of the exams.

Asked specifically for negatives, no student had any.

As the interviewer left the room there was a spontaneous "Thank you for the great chairs" from the boys.

Footnote: The BODYFURN® chair was tested by thousands of pupils of all ages in several Auckland schools while they were being measured for height and weight. The response was overwhelmingly consistent, with comments like 'wow', 'awesome', 'soooo comfortable' , and 'can we get these for next year?" Again, there were no negatives.

The outcomes of these and numerous other tests strongly suggest that BODYFURN® is destined to be the school furniture system of the future.
